President visited Tysovets rehabilitation center: We are doing everything for our warriors to have an opportunity to undergo high-quality rehabilitation

During the working trip to Zakarpattia and Lviv regions, President Petro Poroshenko visited the Center for Psychological Rehabilitation of Servicemen in the village of Tysovets. The center is located on the basis of the educational and winter sports base “Tysovets”.

Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for rehabilitation of ATO participants wounded, shell-shocked, crippled or diseased during participation in the anti-terrorist operation Vadym Svyrydenko demonstrated the center to the President and told about the measures for psychological rehabilitation of servicemen.

The Head of State also had a conversation with the military that undergo rehabilitation in the Center and their families.

“I am glad that the best ones can train here,” the President said and commended the rehabilitation conditions. At the same time, he emphasized that he would do everything for the further development of the center.

“We do everything to ensure that our soldiers have an opportunity to undergo high-quality rehabilitation,” Petro Poroshenko noted and said that together with the Minister of Defense, it was decided to increase the capacity of Tysovets base and build another hotel.

The President thanked representative of the NATO Trust Fund for Medical Rehabilitation in Ukraine Orhan Muratli for his help in the treatment and rehabilitation of Ukrainian heroes.
