At a meeting in the Ministry of Defence, the Association of Defence Industry Enterprises considered the actions of the State Audit Service of Ukraine as not in line with the reality, that is not in line with the state of war

During a meeting at the Ministry of Defence organized by the Accelerator of the Ministry of Defence, representatives of associations/clusters of the National Defence Industry emphasized the need for an urgent solution to the problem created by the State Audit Service of Ukraine, which is questioning the legality of profit-making by enterprises operating in defence sector.

"The development of the domestic defence sector is among the priorities of the state and the Ministry of Defence. In current conditions, we, as the state, have to act as a united team with the enterprises operating in defence sector. This is a matter of our defence capability. The National Defence Sector is one of the key factors of our independence," said Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Volodymyr Havrylov.

The meeting was attended by nine associations/clusters of the defence industry enterprises. They agreed to jointly plead with the Government to urgently resolve this problem for the sake of the country's defence. The participants of the meeting also discussed the mechanisms of institutional cooperation with the Ministry of Defence by using the Accelerator of the Ministry of Defence, as well as the formulation of top issues and working out the solutions.
