During the past day, 166 units of military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces were located in the temporarily occupied territory.

In particular, in the operational area of ​​the so-called 1st Army Corps, a total of 5 units of military equipment were located, including:

near DONETSK - towed howitzers (3 units);

STAROBESHEVE (32 km from the line of contact) - ACV (2 units).

In the operational area of ​​the so-called 2nd Army Corps, a total of 161 units of military equipment were located, including

• storaging:

MIUSYNSK (62 km from the line of contact) - towed howitzers / mortar

(3 units); self-propelled howitzers (10 units); tanks (10 units);

BUGAIVKA (37 km from the line of contact) - tanks (17 units); towed artillery (5 units);

DUBOVE (56 km from the line of contact) - towed mortar (1 unit);

PEREVALSK (38 km from the line of contact) - tank (1 unit);

• military presence in areas:

METALIST (7 km from the line of contact) - ACV (9 units); MT-LB (2 units);

BUGAIVKA (37 km from the line of contact) - ACV (57 units);

MIUSYNSK (62 km from the line of contact) - ACV (46 units).

Since the beginning of the week, a total of 300 units of military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces have been spotted.

The work of the OSCE SMM in the temporarily occupied territories is regularly hindered by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

On February 21, 7 bans on access to OSCE SMM patrols by the RF Armed Forces were detected in the following settlements: PETRIVSKE, YASYNUVATA, VASYLIVKA, KRUTA BALKA, STAROLASPA, KADIYIVKA, VOZNESENIVKA.

The RF Armed Forces also continue to obstruct the safe flights of the Mission's UAVs. Eight flights of the UAVs were subjected to GPS signal interference, two times in SUKHODILSK and one time in SARTANA, KHERSONES, ZOLOTE-2, MYKOLAIVKA, LUHANSK, STANYTSIA LUHANSKA.

As of 08:00 am on February 23, 2022, as a result of enemy shelling, the following settlements were left without water: POPASNE, ZOLOTE-1, ZOLOTE-3.

Also 1940 electricity consumers are left without electricity. 5 settlements were completely de-energized: STARYI AIDAR, NOVOZVANIVKA, VYSKRIVA, VRUBIVKA, ORIKHOVE, PLUZHNE. And 3 settlements in part: SHCHASTIA, TRIOHZHIBENKA, TROITSKE.

Emergency and recovery works are underway.

Recorded violations by the RF Armed Forces indicate that they are taking active combat training measures to create conditions for further escalation on the line of contact.

The Joint Forces retain full control over the situation and continue accomplishing their combat mission of defeating and deterring the Russian armed aggression. The Armed Forces of Ukraine open fire only when the actions of the Russian occupational forces threaten to the lives and health of the Ukrainian defenders and civilians.
