The situation in the Joint Forces Operation area remains under control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. 

As of 11 o'clock this morning, February 22, 13 incidents of ceasefire violation by the Russian occupation forces were observed, including 10 incidents when the Russian occupation forces utilized weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements.

The Russian occupation forces shelled the following settlements:

SCHASTIA using mounted antitank grenade launcher and heavy machine guns.

The positions of Ukrainian defenders in the vicinity of MARIUPOL using 122 mm artillery systems and 120 mm mortars.

HNUTOVE using 122 mm artillery systems and 120 mm mortars.

SHYROKINE using 120 mm mortars and heavy machine guns.

KRASNOHORIVKA using antitank systems МТ-12.

LOBACHEVE using 122 mm artillery systems.

MARIINKA using 122 mm artillery systems.

VODIANE and NOVOTOSHKIVSKE using 120 mm mortars.

The Joint Forces suffered no casualties as a result of enemy fire.

The Joint Forces are in control of the situation and respond appropriately to all potential threats.

The crime-related situation in the Joint Forces Operation area is considered relatively stable.

Over the course of the last 24 hours the police units, engaged in the Joint Forces Operation, inspected 3607 vehicles and 3832 individuals. Moreover, the police units were able to identify 37 cases of misdemeanor and investigate 16 offenses.

408 individuals passed through the entry-exit checkpoints going to the occupied territory and 869 individuals passed to return to the territory controlled by the Ukrainian government.

In order to implement the security measures aimed at protecting the civilian population, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine pyrotechnic units of the Joint Forces demined almost 2 hectares of land and transferred for disposal 2 items of explosive ordnance.

The Joint Forces units continue to carry out assigned missions of defeating and deterring the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
