Update on the situation in the Joint Forces Operation area as of 07.00 February 14, 2022

Glory to Ukraine!

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to ignore the agreements reached within the frameworks of the Trilateral Contact Group.

During the past day, the Ukrainian Defense Forces recorded 6 ceasefire violations committed by the Russian occupation forces, 1 of which involved the use of the weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements.

Near KATERYNIVKA, the Russian occupation forces opened fire using automatic grenade launchers.

In the vicinity of VODIANE the Russian-led forces fired from small arms.

In the direction of MARIINKA Russian occupation forces shelled the defensive positions of Ukraine forces using anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms.

Near VODIANE the enemy fired from 120mm mortars.

Furthermore, in Luhansk and Donetsk regions, the enemy “Orlam-10” type UAV was spotted crossing the frontline.

There were no casualties.

The Ukrainian Forces had to fire in response to suppress the enemy’s activity, strictly adhering to the Minsk agreements.

As of 07.00, there were no ceasefire violations committed by the Russian occupation forces.

The Joint Forces retain full control over the situation in their operation area and continue accomplishing their combat missions of defeating and deterring the Russian armed aggression.
