Russia is making political statements about the supply of weapons to Donbass in case Ukraine receives military assistance from the United States. However, for the seventh year in a row, Russia is waging war against Ukraine.

The number of weapons and military equipment in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions is known: tanks - 480 units; armoured combat vehicles - more than 900 units; cannons and howitzers - around 450 units; mortars - about 300 units; rocket systems of volley fire - about 210; air defence systems - about 700; anti-tank weapons - about 450.

Russia uses all these weapons in hostilities against Ukraine. Russian weapons were brought to Ukraine through an uncontrolled part of our state's border.

Since the beginning of the aggression, these weapons and military equipment have been used not only against service personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations, but also against the civilian population of Donbass. Therefore, if Russia wants to increase the supply of weapons, it indicates direct armed aggression and state support of terrorist activities.

Ukraine, in accordance with international agreements, receives technical assistance from partner countries. This year's situation is no exception. Ukraine is grateful to our international partners for their support in the fight against the aggressor.
