This was stated today by the Minister of Defence of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak during a conversation with media in Odessa on April 3.

“During the last meeting at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, in the format ‘Ukraine and the NATO Defence Ministers’, an agreement was reached that the Navy of our Allied partners will be entering the ports of Ukraine on a permanent basis. These actions will be a signal of support of Ukraine and will meet the goal of conducting joint exercises for achievement of results in a sphere of interoperability, ” said Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak during a briefing in Odessa.
