ATO News: Situation Update, east of Ukraine as of morning, November 29, 2017

Wednesday, November 29. DONBAS – According to the press centre of the ‘anti-terror’ operation (ATO) HQ, the enemy has violated the ceasefire for 27 times over the past 24 hours.

The enemy shelled the ATO positions near Zaitseve, Novoluhanske, and Travneve with infantry weapons.

Militants used mortars, grenade launchers, small arms, and BMP between Zaitseve and Hladosove. The OSCE SMM observers and the UN mission representatives could not access these villages to monitor the humanitarian situation.

Occupants launched attacks using mortars near Triokhizbenka, grenade launchers and small arms near Zhovte, Novooleksandrivka, and Katerynivka.

An enemy’s sniper targeted the ATO positions near Avdiivka. The Russian proxies violated the ceasefire near Berezove. They fired grenade launchers and small arms on ATO positions near Hnutove and Vodiane, and BMP near Shyrokyne.

One Ukrainian soldier was killed and two Ukrainian soldiers were wounded.
