“For perfect service” medal
It was established by the Decree of the President of Ukraine # 932/96 dated
October 5, 1996. It’s designed to decorate officers and WO’s of Armed Forces
of Ukraine, enlisted men and officers of Ministry of Internal Affairs, Security
Service of Ukraine, National Guard of Ukraine, Border Troops of Ukraine, Civil
Defense of Ukraine who reached high degree of combat and professional training
and are examples of fidelity to allegiance and of doing their service duty, are
successful in being in charge over their subordinates and are perform all other
service duties in an excellent way.
REGULATIONS
On the medal “For perfect service”
1. The medal “For perfect service” has three grades. The highest grade of
the medal is the first grade.
2. The medal “For perfect service” is awarded to servicemen who display
perfect service, provided for being timely promoted in rank, and having a high
grade of combat and service training and professional activities:
- І grade – individuals who have 20 years of service at least,
- ІІ grade – individuals who have 15 years of service at least,
- ІІІ grade - individuals who have 20 years of service at least,
3. The medal “For perfect service” is awarded following the Decree of the
President of Ukraine.
